How old does my child need to be?
Ideally about 12. They need to be able to work on their own for small periods of time. The classes are small - only 4 at a time so they won't be left alone for long.
What can they make?
Within reason just about anything. What they make will depend on their own experience and ability. For beginners we will probably make a bag and a zip pouch as those are brilliant confidence boosters. For those that have already had a bit of sewing experience then we will discuss a plan of action to help them make a particualr item whether thats a more complex bag, or some dressmaking with a pattern.
How much does it cost?
A 12 week term can be booked at £100 which is only £8.33 per week.
If you'd rather only book a class each week because your schedule is ever changable (like mine!) then weekly cost is £10 per class. However if all the term spots have been booked then
If your child is unsure whether they'll like to sew they can book a free trial for one week
